Dr. Ziegfeld has 40+ years of experience in teaching, writing, proposal development, editing, and consulting. For fifteen years, he was supervisor/writer at NASA Glenn Research Center in business English communications. Before that, he was editor/team leader for McDonnell Douglas. He has managed dozens of projects and led numerous team startups. He has organized hundreds of conferences & technical seminars (from 20 people to 1,000) and was a tenured faculty member at the University of South Carolina (English & comparative literature).
